today we’ll tell a special story one named to be the urging of a hero… kinda of a storytelling… then, don’t be concerned, it might be too mythic…, cause is in a mystery where forms the quest of a hero

narrator voice

[ scene 1 – Bill thinks on going to The Mall]

a beam of light reflected a singular spot on the desk, it was already 1 p.m., and my lips startled dry…

[scene 1.2 — Bill imagines how would be watching a movie with Maya]

Somehow in this countryside city we have a mall and this month we have special movies coming from 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s. the older movies ever made me felt a sentiment,... 

[scene 1.3 — adds the ear buds]

As my daily earbuds were equalizing in the smoothest tones of polyphony, [...] I felt supplied by a need I upcared the most… music would one day become my loving, and outlet from the beloving docking I sailed ‘till this day. 

[scene 2 — the elements (balcony, paper script, empty stage and empty seats)]

There I understood,...

No one will ever read with eyes of meaning… Nobody would land their souls under my lordship. I could rent my mind, but could it be more than an image, a sequence of frames leaping each other,... could you see I in the balcony of my own despair, watching an empty theatre play. Where the seats and the stage were empty, there was no one there, no one here, no one writing…

[scene 3 — differents scenes of Maya and Bill talking]

Maya were there with me,

when whatever happened, 

when she saw my first chores, 

She visited me when I was silent and everything propelled impious words against me. 

I couldn’t ignore it, even if what happened could turn into too much for us to continue being friends…

hey, are you fine? 

i’m fine… its just the usual

you know, it shouldn’t be usual, you have to kick their balls…

what?? haha, do you imagine me kicking someones balls?

scene 3.2 \\ bill imagine he asking her to date (only bills voice, like if he were imagining their voices and answers)

hi maya 

hey

do you wanna date?

nah — we are just friends 

I know, but like I love u 

how many times do I have to tell you we are just friends… Bill don’t, just don’t…

[scene 4 - looks at maya from afar]

When I thought about her, everytime I thought,... I am lucky to have someone that likes me, I’ve got a friend at school who likes the same weird things as me.

[scene 5 - visualize the mall, and then the phone screening a message]

And we were about to go to the mall if it weren’t for this sudden recall from mom to gather a family meeting. By the message she sent me, it was difficult to ask if I could skip it or not.

DINNER 8 P.M.
DON’T SKIP IT

[scene 6 v.o - Bill stares to the camera and says]

My first thought was… — fine,… she’s at work, can’t talk much. — but later it made me feel a bit angry; I had plans for today. Do I really have to go? It’s not like we don’t live in the same place, but since I’ve got a part-time job here, now I go out on Fridays.

[scene 7 - shows the meeting room empty]

It’s not like… wow, but at least I’m doing something. I’m just the intern for now. But the cool thing is that I’ve got to be in meetings. 

[scene 8 - appears someone walking inside their sectors room]

And it’s so weird to know that just like me, “The Head,” how they used to call the guy who always comes with a new floral-patterned T-shirt every time he comes from Mexico, from the other plant. 

[scene 9 - shows a talk between the head and the manager]

My manager, who doesn’t usually talk much with me, said that I should not talk with him. And that’s what I have done until now. 

[scene 10 - shows the head entering in the meeting room]

Today, we’ll have that same type of meeting. The floral T-shirt guy will try to talk with me. But when I’ll look to my manager’s face, I’ll read his mind—“don’t say a word, or you’re fired.” I wasn’t about to risk it… obviously.

here Bill meets with The Head, an equal polar in a higher chair, but there is an obstacle the manager… and a question to be answered, will he ever trespass?

here there is an open scale, the balance Bill will have to learn 

Maya became his emotional support during difficult times, and even since he knows how to take his defense throught the obstacle, is that also what him afraid, how it would look to Maya if he’ve done it…
